Christmas Count Down......

The Christmas Countdown has begun.........here we go.......are You ready?  Do you have all of your shopping done?  All your baking done?  Christmas Cards mailed?  Presents wrapped? 

  Let me begin:  NO NO NO NO NO NO

I do Not have all of my shopping done, 

I started on my baking today and yesterday...I have 6 different cookies baked! 

JOE wrapped presents ALL day for me today!  I HAVE the BEST Husband ever!!

We played the Christmas music all day while baking and wrapping.

  The shopping marathon started Thurs. pm.  We shopped until midnight!  Then Friday pm we shopped until 3 am.  

Did you know how many stores are open until midnight?  24 hours?  Well I can tell you and it's the best time to shop.  Late at Night...NO LINEs...NO WAITING...NO TRAFFIC...it's the best kept secret in the world....why would anyone wait in line 2 hours to check out?  I don't understand it.  

  Well other than 2 little things WE ARE DONE SHOPPING!!  YEPPER

  The baking is HALF done and if nothing else gets baked...that's OK!!  I have been LIVIN on my LIVENERGY and BLU-REZ ENERGY SHOTS!    I have had all the energy for shopping even at 1 am!  It's great to be so full of ENERGY!  Gotta LUV LIVINITY!!

The Holidays are FUN not Frazzling!

The Holidays bring us a world of emotions.....Happy, Joy, Peace, Cheerful......But NOT for everyone.  For some this time of year can be Hard, Sad, Lonely, Depressing, Fearful, Hurried, FRAZZLING!!

    First and foremost we must REMEMBER THE REASON FOR THE SEASON

Celebrating the birth of the Christ Child.....HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO JESUS! 

 It is a season of giving!  Giving Thanks for all of the blessings that are bestowed upon each and everyone of us.  

Take a moment and make a list of 5 things you are thankful for!  Then try to make an effort to NOT get Caught up in the Crazy Christmas.  Christmas is a time to reach out to family, friends and strangers in need.  

There is nothing more fulfilling than GIVING!  Give your time, your talent, your resources to someone who needs it!  Adopt a child or grandparent that needs your TIME and attention!  Pass on a nice gesture to a stranger.  SEE how good it feels to give.  

  My other suggestion is to get plenty of sleep 7-8 hrs.  Get realistic with your schedule and put time management into effect.  Make a daily list of the things to get done and revel in the accomplishments no matter how big or small.  

  Take your STRESS-ESE every night and TRUE BLUE everyday...add a BLU-REZ shot in the mid-morning and this will be sure to help you through the holidays!  

  Don't lose track of the Real Reason of the Season!

Here come the Holidays!

  The holidays will soon be upon us and will we be ready?  The holiday parties have already begun for us.  Friday night we went to the Zen Zone for a holiday open house.  It was fun and festive.  We brought our livinity info with us and set up a table to display the products and opportunity.  It was a fun time for all!!  We did make one good contact!  

  Sat. night was a cocktail party and it was fun to see a bunch of my friends and patients!  It was great to look at all of their beautiful faces knowing....I have the magic powers to transform them!  Now if only I could get them all to take the TRU BLUE with Resvertrol to they will feel great!  I will keep working on that!!  I did indulge at the party on the Delicious Italian cookies.  The hostess even made me take a plate of them home!  YUMMY....You know I LOVE cookies and homemade italian cookies.........are THE BEST!!  This holiday season is going to be tough...so I must keep in mind this too will pass.................

post traumatic Thanksgiving

Post traumatic Thanksgiving is what I will call this.......we went out of town for the Holiday.  To Palm Springs to be exact.  It was a nice get away to warmer weather.  The Italian cousins and family all think alike.  They love to eat and drink!!!  

  The Fresh lemon drop martini's flowed everyday and night.  The lemons were picked fresh from the trees and squeezed immediately.  We did make lemonade a couple of times for the children.  The adults so enjoyed the fresh lemon drop's though.

   Mean while back to the Livin Slim diet plan....well I didn't actually follow it during the trip.  My goal was to not gain any weight......and I didn't so ......Goal Met!  Now the decision is to get back on track again.  This is by far going to be the hardest time of the year to do this...But I WILL....
