I WANT TO BE A SNOW BIRD!

WELL the snow looks so pretty all glistening and white (for a few more days) in KC it will be gray and nasty looking in a day or so.....but out in the country where I live, the snow is so pretty on the trees and fields.  Today however I HATED the snow because I got STUCK  in it in my own driveway.  YEPPER  I was heading out to work and low and behold...pulled out of my garage in reverse turn slightly only to slide down a slight hill and SLID into the side of the drive where the plow had left a nice 2 foot drift!  ARGGGG  I don't have time to be late today.  I start seeing my patients at 9 am sharp......so I called for my daughter who was down at the barn feeding her horses.....she came up to rescue me with her pickup truck....after pushing, rocking, and trying like crazy to get out, I had her just "bump" my car with her truck....NO LUCK I was frickin' stuck!  

  I pushed and rocked the car while she tried to drive....I felt like WONDER WOMAN for a short 10 minutes.....and my ARMs do feel it tonight!  I got a work out......and was frustrated.  I called my husband who told me to take my daughters truck to work and he would let her drive his....and all this before I even got off to work.  I called my receptionist and had her tell my first appointments that I was running late.....they rescheduled!  Off to work I went 1 hour LATE!  What a way to start the day and I asked myself  "Why do I live in Missouri in January"???  I have to find a way to become a "Snow bird" and get out!   Well I took my BLUREZ energy shot and a starbucks camel macchioto and "blew" into my office.  After laughing about the morning I was re-energized after my BLUREZ energy drink!  Yea.......of course I had a better day then....
