Well here it is February and 5 weeks until we leave for the Livinity Cruise to Jamacia and Haiti I am counting down....and counting down the Pounds!!  Yepper  3 more pounds down!  YEA I must at least feel comfortable in my swimsuit.  The LivinSlim is really helping to curb the appetite...I just have to CONTROL the hand to mouth motion!  Oh and the sweet treats always get me in trouble!  Life is short so we must enjoy it but not Overindulge!  That is my motto for this coming year.
