Black & White

Black & White...everyone has heard of this I am sure, but do YOU know what a "Custard's" Black & White is?? Well I am not sure if everyone knows therefore I am compelled to tell you what it is. It is a custard sundae comprised of.......vanilla custard with hot fudge topping and chocolate custard with marshmallow creme topping and all this is topped with whipped creme, almonds and a cherry! Now you can picture this heavenly bliss.......it's Yummy delicious and I splurged on this Wed. pm as my dinner!! Ha ha.....weigh in was the same....not any more lost however not any gained. This is going to be harder than I ever imagined! Now really harder coming into the Holidays! I love the Holidays...I love to cook, bake and EAT!! Oh man I have to really be strong....BELIEVE in the power of the LIVIN SLIM PLUS......it truly takes the appetite away and I feel fuller faster....now I must figure out how to CONTROL.........so we will see after Thanksgiving.........we do have so much to be thankful for.....
